Yoghurt Biscuits                                                                               Milk soup


225g flour
50g butter
1 cup of ALRAI yoghurt
2 tablespoons crystal sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
2 packets of vanilla sugar
10 cl Liquid cream


Sift together flour, butter, sugar, 3 teaspoons baking powder and 2 packets of vanilla sugar.
Add the yoghurt gradually, and blend together, don't overwork the dough.

Add 10 cl of cream.
Place dough on a board and knead until smooth.
Roll out to an inch thickness and cut with a biscuit cutter.

Preheat the oven to 180° C (350° F),
Put on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake for 10 - 12 minutes.
