Milk soup
Ingredients:
1 liter of ALRAI milk
60 g vermicelli
1 liter of water
1 egg yolk
20 g butter
Parmesan cheese
salt
pepper
In a saucepan, boil 1 liter of water. Throw in the vermicelli, stir lightly.
Cover and wait 5 minutes. Drain.
In a bowl, beat egg yolk with butter.
Boil the milk in a saucepan, add the drained vermicelli.
Cover and cook over a low heat for 10 minutes.
Check the seasoning.
Pour into the bowl with egg yolk and stir to mix .
You can either sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, or include the Parmesan in the mixture.
